Community Christmas Lights………

Residents here at The Valleys recently had the best evening at the community lights switch on. Our car park was filled with Christmas cheer, and our residents loved the lights tour. The visuals were absolutely stunning as we all walked around underneath a display of lights, helping us to really get into the Christmas spirit.

A massive thank you to all of our team who volunteered to come in and walk our residents around!

Lighting Up The Night…..

We recently set up our Christmas lights here at The Valleys, we can’t thank Bespoke Blinds Scunthorpe enough for helping us with our lights this year. They arrived in full force to get our carpark lights up, freeing up our activities team leader & family to put up the doorway lighting & festive touches.

As you can see from the aerial shot, it looks absolutely fantastic!…

Respecting the fallen….

Every year this week in November sees communities around the country, and the world, join together in the simple act of remembrance. The red poppy has become the symbol of remembering and will be worn by millions of people across the country this week. It reflects on lives lost but also looks forward with hope to a more peaceful future.

Remembrance events have been taking place this week at The Valleys, and we hope you can find time to take a moment to join in and honour the fallen in your own community.
