Dedicated staff

All the staff employed at Orchard House have been chosen
not only for their professional abilities but also for their values
and caring nature. We aim to provide the highest quality of
care for residents and their families, and this can only be
achieved by a compassionate and dedicated team, who treat
everyone with dignity, privacy and respect at all times,
regardless of their care needs.


We also understand that placing a relative in care can be a
traumatic experience for family members, so we strive to
involve them in everything we do when planning their
relative’s care. Families are an important part of the daily
running of the home and we encourage them to visit
whenever they wish.

As part of our help for families we operate an open door
management policy allowing us to provide support and
advice whenever needed, as well as specific help for those
relatives who require detailed information in relation to loved
ones who may be living with dementia.
