Our lovely female residents are rightfully proud of the contribution they and other women have made to their families, communities and the wider world. They were therefore more than happy to celebrate International Women’s Day last week at the home.
Commemorating women’s fight for equality and liberation, the Day gives focus to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women. We would like to pay our respects to all women as part of our day of celebration, both outside and inside our home here at The Valleys.
